WindEagle dedicates her time cultivating ways of council to gather the collective wisdom within systems.  Realizing our systems are more and more complex as well as the world we live in, the old wisdom ways of deep listening and dreaming into solutions that benefit all constituents are needed now more than ever.

Her work on evoking first, second and third peace (peace within the self, peace among others and peace between nations, respectively) on our planet through the remembrance of how to live peace in the self has been a constant.

Along with working with individuals, WindEagle offers an Evocative Leadership Mastery™ training program which emphasizes experience-based exercises designed to empower participant’s ability to command their state of being, to balance polarity and to bridge between the opposites.  Her teaching organization has worked with individuals, training groups, organizations, and communities for over 30 years.
